Whether your loved ones are close by or live all over, life has a way of getting busy.

Days become weeks, weeks become months, and as that time passes, children change and grow.

You may find yourself snapping photos here and there with your phone, but never get in the frame yourself. Or you may have realized that you want to capture memories of multiple generations of your family together while you still can.

Let’s grab onto those moments before they slip away. 

When you book a session with Emerald Eye, you can expect bright, beautiful photographs with a mix of casually posed and candid shots that authentically capture your family's personality. We'll get the over-the-mantel shot plus plenty of snuggly spontaneous images that radiate the love you have for one another. 

The Experience

  • Reserve your date.

    Reach out via my website to get availability and book your preferred date with a deposit. I intentionally limit weekly bookings to allow for weather flexibility and to give your family my full attention. You can choose to take photos at your vacation rental, a nearby beach, or one of the many gorgeous locations I can suggest throughout the Cape.

  • Prepare for your session.

    If you have any questions prior to your session, I’m here for you. I’ll also send along a What to Wear Guide with tips to help you select outfits that make you all feel comfortable, coordinated, and photo-ready.

  • Cuddle up and have fun.

    Your relaxed 60-minute session will be all about capturing the love you have for one another. ​​​​​​

    In my previous career as an occupational therapist, I worked with older adults. As a toddler mom and former nanny I learned to move at little-kid-speed. You can trust me to accommodate the needs of everyone in your group and make everyone feel totally comfortable.

  • Treasure your photos.

    Your professionally edited digital image gallery will be emailed two weeks after your session. I’ll also share a few gallery wall layouts to help you envision how your photos will look on your walls. You can download the digitals directly and order prints or framed artwork right from your gallery site to remember these special moments year-round. Easy-breezy!

Pricing

Family photography sessions cost $1000 and include:

  • 60-minute session 

  • Up to ten people ($50 per additional family member) plus any pets that have joined you on your trip

  • ALL of your high-resolution professionally edited digital image files + print release

A $350 nonrefundable deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

Professional prints and framed wall art are also available for purchase directly through your online gallery
